  • Proactively build sales through inbound/outbound lead prospecting
  • Develop and close qualified opportunities while maintaining a strong margin
  • Engage prospective customers via all channels (phone, email, Linkedin, leads generated by marketing)
  • Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI’s in prospects, leads, and contracts
  • Maintain and Expand database of prospects
  • Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise level clients
  • Properly document all activity via company CRM tool
  • Closely cooperate with marketing team


  • Understanding the technology and business of IT outsourcing
  • Experience of working in IT for Western market – at least 2 years
  • Proficient English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong relationship builder
  • Results-driven, fast learner and able to manage time effectively
