- At least 1 year of experience in IT Sales;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding of IT business and customers needs;
- Good understanding of Design and Development cycles;
- Ability to analyze customer’s project and find the most suitable way to manage a deal;
- Ability to manage time effectively.
As a plus:
- Technical background in IT service/product company;
- Work experience with any CRM and other Sales/Marketing process automation tools;
- An experience in building sales processes in an outsourcing company.
- Help in building and constantly improving sales process;
- Searching for new and potential clients via different channels;
- Prepare and submit proposals;
- Identify and develop new sales channel opportunities and generate new business accounts;
- Close deals and manage contracts signing;
- CRM activity and rules adherence for accurate sales planning.
