-Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in Telecom market, have proven achievement in the past;
-In-Depth understanding of Central Asia, Caucasus and Ukraine Telecom market;
-Strong business understanding and sales negotiation.
-Need to process strong C-level relationship with customers and manage complex sales lifecycle from bid evaluation to delivery;
-Responsible in managing/coaching in hunting for new customers and opportunity;
-The role also includes optimization of the account team’s performance, need to help sales team with effectiveness and profitability.
