We are looking for a Lead Gen/outreach pro who can make people fall in love with their messages. So if you have a 15%+ reply rate (other than "please, stop messaging me'') we're looking for you!

As a member of the MindK team you will:

  • Manage a full cycle of outreach campaigns;

  • Research and develop new sales opportunities to generate MQLs and SQLs;

  • Run cold email / LinkedIn campaigns using automation tools ( Expandi, Lemlist, LH2, Apollo, etc.);

  • Write email/LinkedIn chains and launch automated campaigns;

  • Think outside the box and have a passion for testing new approaches and campaigns;

  • Work with different niches and get immersed in different types of tech business;

  • Maintain the CRM to keep all the information up-to-date.

Good to have:

  • Have an email chain with a high reply rate that you're proud of;

  • You can personalize messages beyond {{FirstName}}, {{Company}}.

Our perfect candidate has:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales prospecting, lead research, and generation; experience working in B2B domain;

  • Be in love with lead generation and understand its importance for the sales process;

  • Understanding of software development life cycle and IT tech stacks;

  • Experience with LeadGen automation tools;

  • Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email outbound outreach;

  • English: Upper-intermediate (B2) and higher.
