Main Goals of the Business Development Position:

  • Build up outbound & inbound sales channels;
  • Develop lead generation plans and approach;
  • Develop marketing strategy for different channels: SEO, social media, content, PR, etc.;
  • Build up a sales pipeline with small & medium businesses leads within target industries: enterprise software  development, finance, education, IoT, retail and healthcare;
  • Expand company services on target markets: US, Canada, UK, Australia and Israel;
  • Client retention;


  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
  • Proven sales track record;
  • Experience in customer support is a plus;
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Zoho);
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Market knowledge;
  • Communication and negotiation skills;
  • Time management and planning skills
