— 5+ years’ experience in professional services, consulting or sales within enterprise software delivery sector
understanding of DevOps & Big Data practices, value proposition, microservices architecture, integration phases
— strong presentation, communication & negotiation skills
— advanced spoken & written English (IELTS 7.0+ equivalent).

— work experience with NA & EU markets
— experience in working with Enterprise Architects, IT Managers, Lead Data Scientists & DevOps Engineers, Software Engineering Directors
— BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS

— act as a frontline contact person to process inbound customer requests
— understand customer’s business, goals & challenges, identify solution-driven opportunities
— collaborate with subject matter experts on designing solutions relevant to the customer out of the existing service portfolio and beyond
— prepare a proposal and present it in front of the customer with the support of technical experts
— lead the entire customer journey from the initial contact through to project hand-off to a development team
— identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts, design relevant service offering out of the organization’s portfolio
— establish and manage efficient and scalable sales-funnel methodology & process.
