Required background:

  1. 1+ year of B2B sales of IT / SaaS/ Cloud products
  2. Fluent English (competent & free verbal and written communication)
  3. Absolute focus on the understanding of customers needs and goals. Love to sales and selling people solutions they need
  4. Technical background (computer science bachelor is preferable)
  5. Outstanding time management, analytical mindset, details focused and accurate
  6. Goal oriented, data-driven, high-energy, team player
  7. Quick learner who is able to leave all previous experience to learn more efficient way to achieve results

Duties:

  1. Drive outbound B2B sales in the company that operates in 12 markets
  2. Deliver monthly sales quota
  3. Constantly review and improve sales materials (call scripts, email templates, objection handling guides, case studies and products decks
  4. Accurately submit all communications with the clients into CRM
  5. Get maximum reply rate from the cold emails
  6. Interact with prospects via phone, email and in person to discover their needs and cooperation interest
  7. Perform a product demo and lead customer through the trial period helping to set up the account and achieve the desired outcome
  8. Be data-driven, analyse all conversion metrics and find the ways to optimise them
  9. Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to generate new business
  10. Close the deals!
