Красная книга сейлзов. Лучшие специалисты рынка IT

Я всегда топил за то, что многие сейлзы сами себя не умеют таки продавать. Рынок их не знает, они скромные трудяги, которые вкалывают с утра до ночи двигая наш аутсорсинговый рынок в гору. Наше комьюнити создано для того, чтобы освещать и объединять лучших этого мира сего и делать нашу работу более признанной, видимой.

Собрать всех лучших сейлзов в одну книгу не просто. Видимых персон очень мало в ФБ. Понятно, есть яркие персоны, которых мы все знаем, но это 3 из 1000. Первое что пришло сразу в голову – это огромная помощь в том, чтобы можно было пригласить данных коллег в дискуссию, организовать совместные мероприятия, встречи и быть более открытыми, активными и поместить всех в одну красную книгу редких видов.

Из рисков вижу, что будут бегать тут рекрутеры с командой "ФАС" – это 1000%, но мы думаю сможем адекватно реагировать на запросы в друзья и сообщения в личку. Хочется верить, что этот список будет для нас, а не для найма. Идея, что мы сможем собираться раз в две недели и делать более закрытые клубы сейлзов для ретро своих действий, помощи и рефлексии. Чем сильнее наш айтишный сейлзовый клуб, тем сильнее наша экспертиза и знания. Будем готовить разные темы и анализировать вместе. Я уже в процессе создания, а список будет крут тем, что можно выбрать по экспертизе и обратиться на прямую за консультацией.

Кроме списка и будущей активности, я в этом году планирую сделать от комьюнити SalesLabel Awards и награждать лучших сейлзов лейблом: Sales Gangsta (шучу, что-то придумаем вместе), где айтишные сейлзы будут делиться своими достижениями и мы их будем отбирать для наград и престижа.

Пока, я составил скромный список из почти 100 сейлзов Украины и Европы, которые проработали от 3-х до 10 лет + в одной компании и растили бизнес и развивали себя, как лояльных и крепких сотрудников компаний, и так поехали. Далее на новом сайте я сделаю отдельную страничку и разобью на категории. Прошу любить и жаловать.
